One of my doctor's recommended this to me. He said it's the latest thing and he told me it helps him and people who have tried it a lot and that I should try it. I ordered it and once it arrived, I was hesitant but after looking at videos online, I started using it.. and amazing as it seems, this simple thing helps with the pain

It's very simple and works well, it does seem a little expensive for what you get (a glorified piece of plastic) but it is way better quality than other imitations.

Feels great when used properlyI tend to put a t shirt or towel on top of it when laying on it. Helps with the friction against my skin. Also depending on your body size you may need to adjust your positioning when laying on it due to the set width of this tool. Also quite expensive for molded plastic but i think long term this is worth.

  3. At first, I was skeptical but once I learned how to use it properly, it changed my life. After years of cycling, skating and hiking I gradually ended up with so much pain that I couldn’t work out. Doctors thought it was fibromyalgia and my chiropractor who does active release tried to help but nothing worked. This did. For those who say it is too expensive just think of the research and development this took. 72 dollars is nothing compared to the downtime and cost of chiro let alone the depression that came with lack of exercise. I am now back at the gym and feeling great. Simply amazing.
